From the beginning
Galleria 2 / Pirkkala / FI
4.6.–19.6.2018

Ticking pile of branches, counting the hours, setting the pace.

It is the time of the zero hour,
of the No time.
Not the beginning nor the end, but both.
The between of times.

Containers are half full/empty.
There's the artificial and the organic matter side by side and all tangled up, and the inch worms are having their feast.

Concrete colums have turned into trees, showing forests metaphorical and tangible side; the foundation of life. Peas and horse beans are pushing their way out from the sleeping soil. Or is it too dry for that try?

The Silurian beach is still sealed and in mint condition, just waiting for the first creatures to arise from this primordial soup of the Chthulucene.

Will the change change anything, even though everything will change?

Hands in the sands, turned into ant tunnels.
Vegetation map back to a blank canvas.
The cyborgic magpie gathering her Midas Touch.
